CAMPGROUND RULES
The beach property is for people to enjoy outdoor living with family and friends. We want your stay, and your neighbors stay, to be a pleasant one. As more people come to enjoy the property, it is important to have some guidelines to follow. Since one person’s enjoyment can sometimes intrude on another user, the following rules must be observed:
1. ROAD SAFETY
Speed limit 20 km per hour. Please keep everyone safe and follow this limit.
2. LEASE FEE
Annual rental fees are due March 1st of every year. E-Transfer Payment to cbkdevelopment@mtsmail.ca
If you are not interested in renting for the upcoming season, let the owners know by **April 1st** of that year. Payments not received by the due date may result in forfeiting of the lot
Rental and access is from May long weekend to October 15th

3. CAMPER LIMIT
A maximum of 2 units allowed on each 75’ wide lots.
1 camper allowed on 40’ wide lots.
This includes campers, RVs & cabins. Building or moving buildings on to lot of any type is not permitted without approval and may include additional fees other costs such as taxes. The sites are currently for seasonal use.
4. TAXES:
Taxes will be passed on to the seasonal users where buildings on the lot are taxed by the local RM. This will be in addition to the seasonal lot lease price. This will be attached to the notice.
5. QUIET HOURS
Quite hours are to be observed between 12 am until 8 am every day. No music, loud talking, or any type of disturbances are permitted during this period.
6. VISITORS
Visitors must be gone by 11 pm.
Only renters returning to their designated campsites are allowed onto the property after 11 pm.
7. GARBAGE AND RECYCLING
Pack it in, Pack it out. There is no trash removal service (garbage/ash/debris cannot be dumped anywhere)
8. VEHICLES AND PARKING
All vehicles are to be parked on your lot.
9. TREES/ LOT MODIFICATIONS
No trees or vegetation are to be removed. General landscaping is permitted that does not alter the lot. No fill, is permitted or major alteration of the lots. Tilling is not permitted within 25 meters of the water line to control erosion.
10. PETS
Only nonaggressive pets are permitted. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to large or aggressive dogs. All pets must be contained on their own lot or leashed and supervised at all times.
Excessive barking will not be tolerated. Pets must be cleaned up after. Pet waste must be picked up in a plastic bag and disposed in owners trash.
11. UPKEEP OF YOUR SITE AND DWELLING
Keep your site in good repair, including mowing of grass and tidy of all clutter or garbage.
Cutting or removal of any trees is strictly prohibited. Campfires are only allowed in fire pits, no open fires on the beach. Washroom facilities must always be used.
12. SEASONAL LOT USE
Seasonal lots are for the use of registered lease holders and or designated guests. Re-renting or commercial renting of lots or rental of properties is not permitted.
13. GUESTS CAMPING
If you wish to have a guest camp with you, and they will park a camper (part of the maximum 2 campers (75’ lot only), you must register your guest – Name, Address, cell #. In Date: and Out Date:; prior to camping period. Send email using the booking form: https://silversandscamp.ca/booking-form/
14. Weekly or Monthly booking –
Seasonal bookings get priority for selection of lots. Weekly or monthly campers may be moved to another lot if a seasonal booking is made for the same lot. Campers will be provided the option of a full refund if they are not satisfied with alternate lot location provided.
